You will receive tracking and delivery details by email as soon as they are available. Generally, online orders are released within one business day, and tracking is available after your shipment has been picked up.
An email with the PRO number will be sent to your email address once your order is in transit. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days after your coffee was released, please send an email to info@cafezam.com and we will provide you with an update.
The warehouse deadline for next day pickups/shipments is 2:00pm EST at Continental (NJ) and at 11:00 am PST at The Annex (CA). Please note these are the warehouse deadlines for submitting all necessary paperwork; if you need your order to release the next day, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible in order to ensure we can make these cutoff times.
If you are purchasing for the first time, there may be a slight delay in releasing as we add you to our system.
