Pick-up at our logistics center

Do you have your own logistics?
You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse.
Once you complete the purchase, we will send you the address, schedule, and instructions by email to coordinate the pickup.
Select the option "Warehouse Pick-up" if you will be using your own transportation.
Don’t forget to let us know in the comments the name of the company responsible for the pickup.
We’ll make sure your coffee is ready and properly prepared for dispatch.


Ground Shipping Available

We offer two ground shipping methods:
Full pallets: We provide a flat rate per pallet through our partnered logistics operator.
Small orders (up to 60 kg): We ship via FedEx for $160.

 

Additional Delivery Services

Some deliveries require special conditions. If your location has logistical restrictions, please select the necessary additional services at checkout to avoid delays or extra charges later on.

 

Shipping & Tracking Information

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number and all shipment details.
In general, orders are released within one business day after processing, and tracking information becomes available as soon as the carrier picks up the shipment.
If more than 3 business days have passed since the order was released and you have not received your tracking number, please contact us at [your_email@cafezam.com], and we’ll provide you with an immediate update.
